These terms govern your use of ai-creatorstudio.com and the AI Creator Studio content-creation and publishing tools (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. Questions: support@ai-creatorstudio.com.

The Service

AI Creator Studio provides tools for producing media with artificial intelligence, including AI-generated voices and presenters, and for publishing that media to third-party platforms that you connect.

Your account and connected platforms

• You may connect only accounts and channels you own or are authorized to manage.
• Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service when you connect YouTube.
• You can disconnect at any time; see our Privacy Policy for how access is revoked and data deleted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• impersonate a real person or organization, or present AI-generated people as real people;
• publish content that infringes others' rights, or that is unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive about facts;
• remove or hide AI-content disclosures required by law or by a platform's rules;
• interfere with the Service or any connected platform, or exceed their usage limits.

AI-generated content

Output generated with AI can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish and for how it is used. AI-generated voices and presenters created with the Service are fictional personalities unless expressly stated otherwise.

Ownership

You keep the rights you have in material you provide. Subject to these terms and the rights of third parties, content you create with the Service is yours to use. The Service itself, including its software and design, remains ours.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service or any connected platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Creator Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or audience, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Service for violation of these terms. You may stop using it at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
