This policy explains what information AI Creator Studio ("we", "us") collects through ai-creatorstudio.com and our content-creation tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@ai-creatorstudio.com.

Information we collect

• Website. This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
• Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and email address to respond.
• Connected accounts. When an account owner connects a channel or account (for example YouTube) to our publishing tools, we receive an OAuth access token and refresh token, and basic channel information (channel name and ID) so we can confirm the correct channel was connected.

How we use Google user data

Our tools request access to YouTube through Google's OAuth system only to upload and manage videos that the account owner has created and chosen to publish to their own channel, and to read the channel's name and ID to confirm the connection. We do not access anything beyond these permissions.

• We do not sell Google user data or share it with third parties, except as needed to call Google's own APIs.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train or improve AI or machine-learning models.
• No person reads Google user data except with the account owner's permission, for security or legal reasons, or as needed to operate the service.

AI Creator Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

YouTube API Services

Our publishing tools use YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Storage, security and retention

Access tokens are stored in restricted configuration on systems we control and are never displayed or published. We keep tokens only while a channel remains connected and delete them within 30 days after disconnection or a deletion request. Videos you publish remain on the platform you published them to under that platform's terms.

Your choices

• You can revoke our access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
• You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you by emailing support@ai-creatorstudio.com.

AI-generated content

Content produced with our tools may feature AI-generated voices and presenters. We label such content as AI-generated wherever the publishing platform provides a way to do so.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
